This fits in my gym's tiny lockers with room to spare, which was the whole reason I bought it. The main compartment swallows my change of clothes and water bottle easily, and it stays light even when it's full.

The shoe compartment keeps my dirty sneakers away from my clean shirt, which was my main gripe with my old duffel. It slides into the gym locker without a fight, and the water bottle pocket actually holds a full 32oz without sagging.

Took this to the gym for the first time today and it slid right into the locker without any shoving, which was the whole reason I bought it. My shoes, a change of clothes, and a water bottle all fit with room to spare for a snack.
